We believe that everyone has the potential to improve their mobility, energy, and overall well-being through personalized workout plans and training programs. Meet Coach Wood!
Coach Wood is a dynamic force in the world of fitness and personal training. With a solid foundation of 5 years as a competitive wrestler at McMaster University, Monica has honed her skills both on the mat and in the coaching arena.
After transitioning from wrestling to coaching, Monica embarked on a successful journey to become a certified personal trainer with Canfitpro. For the past 3.5 years, she has been leading and inspiring countless individuals through diverse fitness classes at F45, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals. 🏋️♂️ She now works at BP8, a gym in London, Ontario.
Driven by a commitment to continuous growth and excellence, Monica is currently continuing her education and completing her Performance Specialist at EXOS, further solidifying her reputation as a top-tier fitness professional. 📚🎓
But Monica's dedication doesn't stop there. In her spare time, she passionately coaches dry-land training for two Devilettes hockey teams, instilling the values of teamwork, discipline, and resilience in young athletes.
Additionally, Monica finds immense joy in empowering women over 50 through personalized training programs tailored to their unique needs and goals.
When she is not training or coaching, Monica is inspiring minds as a full-time teacher, embodying her belief in the transformative power of education and physical fitness. 🍎📝
